At Bluewater Home Care LLC - Home Helpers, we provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home. We specialize in supporting clients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson’s disease and other mobility challenges, and we’re looking for dedicated male caregivers who share our passion for service.
Position: Experienced Male Caregiver
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Providing mobility support, including safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders and documentation
- Transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, facility, or private duty)
- Must be male (to meet specific client care needs)
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Current TB test (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate personality
Schedule & Pay:
- Flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends available)
- Competitive pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience
