Position: Impact Window Project Engineer
Qualified Candidate Must Live in South Florida
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in construction estimating with windows, doors, and roofing projects.
- Engineering experience in construction, design, or project estimation
- Comfortable reading plans and blueprints.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Review plans, drawings, and material lists for windows and doors projects
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Do quantity take-offs for materials and labor
- Work with subcontractors and suppliers to get quotes and make sure everything matches the project requirements
- Keep track of project budgets, schedules, and change orders
- Provide field teams with all the information they need
- Collaborate with clients and the sales team to review options and make recommendations
