Morgan Metals Inc is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to apply high-quality coatings to fabricated metal products. This position plays a critical role in ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and product appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking
- Apply industrial paint and powder coatings to metal components
- Monitor spray equipment and maintain consistent finish quality
- Perform visual and thickness inspections
- Work closely with production to meet quality and output goals
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial painting or powder coating
- Familiarity with spray systems and finishing equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
