This role focuses on customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options for the customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Call homeowners after installation to perform post-checks
- Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
- Complete final paperwork and approvals
- Present additional products, upgrades, or services if needed

- Phone sales and customer service experience in Home Improvement Industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
