Job Description
Cross Insulation is adding insulation apprentice/installers for out blow truck to our team. We are willing to train individuals who have an interest in the construction field. May work with batt, roll, blow in or spray insulation materials in new construction setting. This position is a physically demanding position that includes, bending, lifting and climbing ladders.
In this position you will train to be blow truck assistant and learn to blow attics/garages/cold floors. This position will also work in houses part of the time.
Drug free work environment. Pre Employment drug test. Great growth opportunity for the right individuals. 40 to 50 hours a week with year round work. Pay DOE - $17-$21+/hour. Benefits available to those who qualify. Attendance Incentive, Bonuses, Lunch 2X per week. 60 day pay review. Mutiple opportunites for wage increases during 1st year.
Monday - Friday 6:30am to 5pm. Half Days Saturday - Optional during busy season. We are willing to work with people on schedules/hours please contact to discuss.
