Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for all administrative recording, financial accountability, and paper flow for the Weatherization Program. Provide economic administration support, and maintain the CNCAP inventory requirements for the Housing Department.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure a NEO formal monitoring score of 91% or better.
  2. Knowledge of weatherization program and State Plan.
  3. NEO billing process is completed timely, accurately, and in compliance with program requirements, not exceeding “averages”.
  4. Process applications, determine income eligibility, complete data reports, and maintain files accurately.
  5. Ensures an adequate number of Basic Intake Forms are submitted to crews and meet the required number of completions.
  6. Ensures all applications, client, and contractor requests for information, and responses to mail, phone, and email messages are completed promptly (24 to 36 hours).
  7. Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures.
  8. Promote the program and agency positively and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A high school diploma or GED is required; Prefer Associate's degree in business or a related field
  2. Valid driver's license
  3. 1-3 years of experience working in an office setting and/or the public

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm

REPORTS TO: Housing Director

JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

PAY: TBD
