Circa '21 is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager who will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen and be able to manage, lead, motivate and develop the team.

Come join one of only two dinner theaters in the United States with a performing waitstaff!

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience, a passion for the culinary arts, an understanding of dietary restrictions, and the drive to handle a fast-paced environment.

You would:

-Carry out supervisory responsibilities

-Be responsible for creating a new set menu every 9 weeks for a banquet style environment.

-Collaborate with Operations Manager regarding staff, menu, and day-to-day operations.

-No late nights! Our kitchen staff is generally done by 7:30pm!

-4 to 5-day work weeks! With the exception of added on performances and special concerts(fun!)

Since 1977, Circa '21 Dinner Playhouse has been entertaining audiences in the Quad Cities with high-quality, professional theater productions and delicious dining options. Our historic theater has a seating capacity of 324 and features a rotating schedule of Broadway musicals, comedies, and children's shows. In addition to our mainstage performances, we offer a variety of special events, including murder mystery dinners, concerts, and holiday shows.
