Looking for a summer job that keeps you active, outdoors, and working with a great team? Van Buskirk Companies is hiring Summer Help to join our Development Maintenance crew!

This is a perfect opportunity if you enjoy working outside, want to stay busy, and like the idea of making properties look their best every day. Plus, you’ll gain valuable experience, build your skills, and work independently with a supportive team behind you.

What You’ll Do:

• Spend your days outside mowing large development land and bare lots, trimming with weed eaters (yes, it’s a workout!).
• Load and unload equipment (mowers, trimmers, attachments) with the team’s support.
• Help keep our properties in top shape — and feel proud of the work you’ve accomplished!

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone 18 years or older, eligible to drive a VBC company vehicle (valid driver's license required).
• Someone who can safely lift 50–60 pounds by themselves, and up to 100 pounds with help.
• Someone who can stick to a schedule and work outdoors for full days (yes, it gets hot — but we work smart and stay hydrated)!
• Someone motivated, responsible, and ready to jump in.
