Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain laser screed equipment to ensure accurate and precise concrete placement
- Work closely with project managers and customers to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all company and OSHA safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Assist with other construction duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Laser Screed Operator or a min of 3 years in the concrete industry
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
