Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN

Valley Care and Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of seniors while working in a friendly, supportive long-term care environment.
Shifts Available:
- AM: 6:00AM–2:30PM, every other weekend/holiday
- PM: 2:15PM–10:45PM, every other weekend/holiday
Compensation & Benefits:
- $31.54–$42.45/hr DOE
- Paid training, shift differentials, referral bonuses

- Casual positions available for students
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care and support to residents
- Work with RN team to maintain compliance and care standards
- Communicate with families regarding resident care
- Participate in education and training initiatives
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota LPN license
- Positive, compassionate attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to meet physical demands of the role
