Licensed Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LP) – Mississippi
Sageberry Psychology is seeking a licensed, independently practicing clinician to join our team. This role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work remote, hybrid, or in-person. We are looking for a therapist committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within a supportive and collaborative practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clients to establish goals and evaluate outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, consultations, and professional development
- Comply with all legal, ethical, and HIPAA standards
- Maintain active licensure and continuing education
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current independent license in Mississippi (LPC, LCSW, or LP)
- Experience with diverse client populations preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
