Description: - Entry-level position with a focus on learning Barnhart’s lifting and heavy transportation solutions
- Opportunity to travel and gain exposure to both operations and customer-facing aspects of the business
- 2-year structured training program with potential advancement into leadership or sales career paths within Barnhart
- Exposure to high-profile construction projects (Wind Energy, Nuclear Energy, Power Plants, Refineries, and more)
- Learn to combine technical expertise with solution-oriented communication for clients
- Hands-on training in a technically driven environment with opportunities to shadow sales professionals
- Build valuable skills in project execution, customer service, and business development
- Work with unique equipment and talented teams while developing career growth in operations or sales
- High opportunity and potential for advancement, both technically and commercially
Qualifications: - High school graduate or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest in building customer relationships
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Must pass drug test, fit-for-duty assessment, and background check
