About Us: The Pit 611 located just south of Audubon, MN known for its delicious food and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Line Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for service, ensuring high quality and freshness
• Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Follow proper food safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
