As an LPN at Farmstead Living, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans
- Providing emotional support to residents and their families
- Documenting resident care accurately and timely
We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license issued by the state of Minnesota
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for providing top-notch care to older adults
