Job Location: Devils Lake. ND
Starting Pay $66,000 / DOE
Supplemental Pay:
· Profit Sharing
Primary Responsibilities
· Oversee Building Center location sales efforts.
· Partner with customers to develop long-term relationships, generate additional sales, and guide problem resolution and discussions.
· Stay informed on industry trends and information.
· Product training.
· Attend various state and industry conventions, training, and other marketing-based activities. Develop professional relationships within the respective organizations.
· Assist in the operations of the Lumber Yard as needed.
Basic Qualifications
· Excellent communication and team building skills, with an ability to listen to customer needs and provide solutions.
· Ability to multi-task with conflicting priorities in a pressured environment while maintaining a customer-oriented demeanor.
· Ability to read blueprints & do takeoffs.
· Knowledge of the construction industry.
· Previous building supplies sales experience.
· Previous background in home construction & building supplies.
· Computer Skills with knowledge of basic office systems.
· Valid driver's license is required.
· Self-directed and able to prioritize and meet deadlines with professional quality results.
· Ability to think proactively, anticipate customer needs and ask for and close the
sale.

Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· Every other Saturday (1/2-day mornings)
Ability to commute/relocate:
· Devils Lake, ND 58301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
· Sales Strategy & Development Managers: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
· Driver's License
Willingness to travel:
· 25% (Preferred)
