Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with building systems and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
• Assisting with special projects and renovations as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
