As a Manager for our company, you will be responsible leading others and yourself for providing top-notch cleaning services for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Daily time keeping operations
- Following up with different teams throughout the day
- Learning how to book jobs
- Being a part of the growth of our family-owned company
- Being a positive example for subordinates
- Perform cleaning tasks yourself with attention to detail and efficiency
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize various surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning industry experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
