Master Automotive Technician

What We’re Looking For:
• Master-level skills in diagnostics, electrical systems, and repairs
• At least 5+ years of experience with automotive electrical systems and diagnostics (non-negotiable)
• Strong leadership, high attention to detail, and a clean, efficient work ethic
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Willingness to relocate before starting

Responsibilities
• Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs with accuracy and confidence
• Oversee and support less experienced techs when needed
• Perform maintenance and high-level repairs on powertrains, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems
• Ensure top-tier workmanship, safety, and compliance
• Contribute to a positive shop culture focused on continuous improvement
