About the Position
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our on-call snow removal team for the 2025–2026 winter season. This role involves commercial and residential snow shoveling, including sidewalks, walkways, and entryways during snow events.

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work overnight and early-morning hours during snow events
- Must be on-call and responsive when snowstorms occur
- Able to work a minimum of 8-hour uninterrupted shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Pay & Bonus Structure
Base Pay: $20-25/hour (DOE and Availability)
Hourly Bonus Tiers (per storm event):
- Our hourly tiered bonus program allows you to earn more money, ON TOP of your hourly wage, for every hour you work!
- Snow removal can often bring long hours - we recognize that and want to REWARD our employees who can grind and stick with it!
- We also offer a team-lead bonus for those interested in running a commercial shovel crew!
