Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise skilled services provided by New Dimensions Home Care Agency
- Participate in policy decisions affecting patient care services
- Collaborate with administrative staff and other department personnel in planning services for clients
- Supervise and develop comprehensive training for RN Case Managers
- Assist in facilitating weekly multidisciplinary meetings
- Provide leadership and support for nursing staff
- Manage day to day operations of Case Managers and other nursing staff
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience
- Minimum of 1 year in nursing leadership or management preferred
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have valid auto insurance
