New Dimensions has an exciting leadership opportunity! We are hiring for the role of Full Time Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager will be the responsible RN for supervising skilled services provided by New Dimensions Home Care Agency. The Nurse Manager will participate in policy decisions affecting patient care services, collaborate with administrative staff and other department personnel in planning services for clients, supervise and develop comprehensive training for RN Case Managers, facilitate weekly multidisciplinary meetings, provide support for nursing staff, and manage day to day operations of Case Managers and nursing staff.
