Job Summary
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing pediatric team. You will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment plans for children with a variety of diagnoses, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
Pay: $55 - $120 per visit (Visits are paid per unit, and 3-4 units per visit are expected)
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver occupational therapy services in the home or community setting
Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed
Provide caregiver education and home exercise programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation per Medicaid and insurance standards
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong understanding of pediatric development and sensory integration
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Experience in pediatric home health is preferred but not required
