Job Description

Ness Auto Sales and Service, a trusted automotive sales and service provider in Lodi, WI, is seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. If you’re proficient in QuickBooks and excel in managing office operations, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile financial statements and maintain precise records.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and inventory management.
  • Enter Payroll information in the payroll system.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Required: Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing accounts payable/receivable and financial reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
