What You’ll Do
Run company-provided leads and generate your own through referrals, field marketing, and community outreach.
Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm-damage or retail improvement projects.
Prepare professional estimates and clearly explain materials, warranties, and project options.
Meet with insurance adjusters to verify and finalize scopes of repair.
Build strong customer and referral relationships in the Manchester area.
Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events such as Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and HBA meetings.
Partner with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and home-service trades to expand referral networks.
Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and prospects.
Help homeowners with color selections and contract finalization.
Attend weekly team meetings to collaborate, strategize, and track goals.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement.
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Comfortable explaining the insurance claims process.
Physically able to climb roofs and perform exterior inspections.
Motivated, organized, and goal-driven, with a team-first mindset.
Professional, ethical, and dependable under pressure.
Performance Goals
Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales.
Maintain a 35% or higher closing ratio.
Keep a 50/50 balance between company-provided and self-generated leads.
