Help Wanted: Outside Sales Representative – Masonry, Landscape and Cladding Materials.
Hebron Brick Supply, a leading supplier of high-quality masonry, landscape and cladding materials in West Fargo, is seeking dynamic outside sales representative to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual to expand our customer base and drive sales within the construction and landscape industry.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, builders and homeowners.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical assistance to customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and trade shows as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction, landscaping or masonry industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
