Nilson Brand Law is seeking a Paralegal to join our family law department. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex cases, keeping details and deadlines organized, and communicating regularly with clients. We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in helping ensure clients are kept informed throughout the duration of a case.
Primary responsibilities include maintaining case files and calendars, drafting routine correspondence and legal documents, preparing and responding to discovery, organizing evidence, coordinating with clients and outside professionals, preparing hearing and trial materials, and monitoring deadlines and follow-up items.
