Do you have a passion for coffee and a knack for leadership? We are looking for an Amazing Part-time Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team at Scooter's Coffee in Madison, SD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in leading a team of Amazing baristas to provide exceptional customer service
• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure quality control of all coffee and food products
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to reach their full potential
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering Amazing customer service
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
