Position: Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate
About the Role
HOTWORX is looking for energetic, motivated team members who are passionate about fitness and love connecting with people. This is more than a front desk role — you’ll help drive sales, support members, and grow our community both in-studio and online.
About HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering 12 virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas, plus a functional training area.

What You’ll Do
• Lead studio tours and sell memberships, packages, and retail
• Create and engage with social media content
• Deliver an exceptional member experience
• Follow up with leads and build strong relationships
• Maintain a clean, organized studio
• Assist with scheduling, transactions, and daily tasks
Staffed Hours
Mon–Thurs: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM
Evenings + weekends required
