Job Description
The Mainstay Suites/Red Roof Inn is hiring for a part time Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift.
Responsibilities:
-Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
-Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
-Process audit reports and ensures they get distributed to GM and accounting departments
-Reconcile accounts
-Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
-Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
-General cleaning duties
-Property/security walks
This position requires primarily weekends, Thurs/Fri/Sat.
Pay DOE with PTO accrual and excellent travel benefits.
