Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Payroll Senior Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong payroll processing experience and the ability to work closely with employees at all levels across the organization. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll, while serving as a point of contact for workforce payroll inquiries.
  • Process and audit bi-weekly, bonus, and other payrolls for employees across multiple departments.
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local wage, hour, and payroll laws and regulations.
  • Stay current on payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.


  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department managers to resolve issues and maintain payroll data accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and timekeeping data.
  • Provide timely guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Review and distribute quarterly and year end forms in accordance with IRS requirements.
  • Generate payroll-related reports and analyses to support cost tracking, trend monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with the implementation of process improvements and payroll system upgrades or changes.


Qualifications

  • Licenses and Certifications Required
  • Educational Requirements
    • A two-year Associate Degree in Accounting or related experience is required
  • Experience Requirements
    • 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
  • Special Skills

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paycom, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.


    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — ability to interact with employees at all levels.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
