Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to oversee the company's payroll functions ensuring accurate and timely approval of all hours on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for 100-150 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely approval of hours.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly taxes and W2’s.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate payroll records.
• Maintain a high level of organization to manage payroll processes efficiently.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with Payroll processing or similar role in accounting.
• Proficiency in data entry.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
