Position Overview
The Production Warehouse & Inventory Manager is responsible for owning and managing all warehouse operations and inventory systems. This role ensures all equipment is organized, accurately pulled and packed, and is show-ready for every event.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct warehouse staff in daily operations
Manage and maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
Oversee gear prep, picking, and packing for events
Coordinate truck loading, logistics, and scheduling
Manage post-event returns, inspection, and restocking
Develop and maintain warehouse systems and processes (SOPs)
Ensure equipment is maintained and show-ready at all times
Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and ready-to-go fleet
Required Skills
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to plan ahead and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt under pressure
Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and direct others effectively
Experience with inventory systems or ability to learn quickly
Understanding of logistics, workflow, and efficiency
Preferred Experience
Prior warehouse experience
Live event production, AV, or staging experience
Experience driving box trucks and towing/placing trailers
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Familiarity with audio, video, lighting, or staging equipment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and push 50+ lbs regularly
Ability to stand, be on feet, and move throughout the day
