Job Description

Opatril Concrete Construction is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER.

Location: Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN

We are a Cast in Place Concrete Construction Company and have been in business for over 50 years, based in Moorhead, MN.

We specialize in Residential, Commercial, Agricultural and Industrial, Cast-In-Place concrete projects.

The Position:

  • Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.

  • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, material pricing, and customer proposals.

  • Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors.

  • Prepare and submit bids by deadlines.

  • Communicate with customers in all three phases: Pre-Planning, Construction, and Project Closeout.

  • Lead the Flatwork and Wall Superintendents through each project.

  • Prepare material submittals to GC.

  • Maintain Quality control, Safety and Productivity on all projects.

  • Create schedule with assistance from ownership.

  • Complete Project billing with Controller.

  • Maintain positive customer relationships.

The preferred candidate should be: A team player, highly disciplined, self-motivated, organized, and a natural leader.

Job Type: Full Time (Off Season 7:00am to 5:00pm, In Season 6:00am to 5:00pm)

Pay: Compensation package is based on experience. Includes Full Benefits and a company vehicle.

Requirements for the position:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Foreman or lead of a trade experience

  • Hands-on experience in the Concrete trade

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the concrete industry
