PROMOTIONAL / NIGHTCLUB MANAGER

The Old Broadway is looking for an energetic, experienced Nightclub Manager to lead our evening operations and team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands nightlife, knows how to create energy in a room, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has strong bar and nightclub management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating an exciting and memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly operations of the nightclub, bar, and entertainment areas.
• Create and maintain a high-energy nightclub atmosphere through music, entertainment, and guest engagement.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute special events, promotions, and entertainment.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise bartenders, servers, security, and support staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest concerns.
• Oversee bar operations, cash handling, inventory, and nightly reconciliation.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, development, and performance management.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, organized, and professional environment for both guests and employees.
• Lead by example and ensure staff consistently follow company policies and procedures.
• Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and overall nightclub performance.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a nightclub, bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge and passion for music, nightlife, and entertainment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Schedule

• Full-time salaried position
• Four-day work week
• Weekend availability required
• Primarily evening and late-night hours
