Full-Time | In-Person | $70,000 per year
Genesis Properties is hiring an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations, supervise onsite staff, drive occupancy, support resident satisfaction, and maintain strong property performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on multifamily leader with strong LIHTC experience, solid operational instincts, and the ability to manage compliance, leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, and team accountability.
Relocation assistance within Virginia may be available for the right candidate.

Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position, generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some Saturdays depending on occupancy.
Quick Qualifications
- 3+ years of LIHTC experience required
- 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager required
- OneSite experience preferred
- Yardi experience helpful
- Prior experience supervising onsite teams required
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community
- Lead office and maintenance staff
- Drive leasing, occupancy, and resident retention
- Manage collections, delinquency follow-up, and resident concerns
- Monitor curb appeal, unit readiness, and overall property condition
- Coordinate maintenance priorities, unit turns, and vendor work
- Review reports, invoices, deposits, and property records
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company standards
