What You’ll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Support clients in building new skills and reducing challenging behaviors
- Collect and document accurate behavior data and session notes
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistent, effective care across environments
What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for helping others
