FLSA: Exempt

Salary: $55,000-$85,000 DOE plus commission, combined starting annual pay ($85,000-$115,000)

As our Relationship Manager you will be leading the charge by creating leads, making sales, building customer relationships, networking, etc., with residential and commercial customers. This will be a fast-paced environment and require attention to detail. You will have support from management and your teammates. Direct knowledge of lawn care, landscaping and snow removal is not a requirement but willingness to learn and grow is a must. What you will Do:

· Handle incoming calls and emails in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

· GO the extra mile to engage customers and make them feel important.

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

· Keep records of customer interactions.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes tailored to customers' needs, while having accurate assessment of scope of customers project or services.

· Foster long-term customer loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

· Conduct site visits to assess customers' needs and develop customized solutions.

· Clearly communicate project or service details, plans, and notes to operations team.

· Document and coordinate project scope and changes for customer approval.

· Assist with project and service scheduling.

· Serve as a primary point of contact for customers over the course of each project & service, initiate and maintain routine correspondence and manage customer expectations.

· Assist with development of a sales plan with owners and management.

· Continually seek out new ways to secure business and increase revenue.

· Build rapport and productive working relationships with clients, managers, crew leaders and vendors. Share insights to influence and improve purchasing, scheduling, installations, and project completion.

· Work with owners and management to establish pricing and ensure profitability/competitiveness in the market.

· Manage portfolio of projects for use in marketing materials, website, and social media.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline reports using CRM software.

· Prepare sales forecasts, progress reports, and sales presentations for management.

· Perform all other duties as directed and needed, in support of the overall success of the company.

· Ability to take calls evenings and weekends (rotating) from customers or potential customers.

· Ability to meet with potential and existing customers for scheduled evening appointments and weekends as necessary for leads and sales.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales and customer service.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

· Some knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal would be helpful, but not required.

· Strong follow-through skills required.

· Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills required.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Personal Vehicle.

· Valid driver license.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others. The employee must be able to use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to review detailed documents and read computer screens. May also include walking or standing to a significant degree. Occasional lifting or exerting up to 20 lbs. of force. Will occasionally require work in the outdoors in all kinds of weather.
