Job Responsibilities:

As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our residents. You will help with activities of daily living, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and more. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our residents to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

Additionally, as a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor. You will also assist with resident activities and outings as needed to promote socialization and overall well-being.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
