We’re hiring a Residential Outreach Manager to lead teams in scheduling FREE window inspections with homeowners.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage canvassing staff
• Oversee day-to-day outreach operations and performance goals
• Ensure teams are effectively scheduling FREE inspection appointments
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a canvassing manager, supervisor, or lead
• Excellent people skills with a leadership mindset
• A proactive go-getter ready to maximize team results
Compensation & Perks:
• Salary + Commission + Bonus – $50K–$125K per year potential
