Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for In-Home Health

Comfort Keepers Home Care in Grand Forks, ND is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home health care services to our clients. As an RN at Comfort Keepers, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for those in our community who need assistance with their healthcare needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of clients' health status and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor clients' vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clients' care and progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
• Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of nursing practice

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a home care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
