Responsibilities:
- Assessing clients
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Serving as liaison between client and provider
- Documenting assessment findings
- Communicating with interdisciplinary team members and partners in health care delivery
Qualifications:
- Minnesota nursing license
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
