Positions available/Role Details
Full-time position. Monday-Friday, on-call status e/o weekend and e/o holiday. Assists with open shifts.

Skills and Qualifications
- YOU!
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current MN nursing license – Registered Nurse license required
- Caring demeanor, positive attitude, has a T.E.A.M outlook
- Work effectively with minimal supervision, strong communication skills, and ability to lead a group of people in completing tasks
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Experience in long term care setting helpful
Role Responsibilities
- Assist to ensure daily staffing requirements are met
- Communicate with pharmacy regarding new orders, discrepancies, etc
- Prepare for and round with providers
- Communicate with families regarding changes in condition, recommendations from provider, and any adverse events
- Communicate with local clinic laboratory and nursing staff to address resident needs and maintain lab records
- Assist DON with maintenance of working spreadsheets and audits for skin, falls, infection control, and weights
- Educate and train on current state and federal regulations

Compensation
$39.03 - $46.64 /hour DOE
Location
On-Site – 600 5th St SE, Barnesville, MN 56514
