Join Our Team as an RN or LPN | In-Home Health

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? Comfort Keepers Home Care in Fargo, ND, is looking for a qualified nurse to join our team in a very part-time or PRN (as-needed) position!

This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking to supplement their current income, maintain their nursing skills, or enjoy a more flexible work schedule. The position is approximately 8–10 hours per week, with flexibility based on client needs and scheduling.

You will have the opportunity to support clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping promote their health, safety, independence, and overall well-being while providing peace of mind to their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home nursing assessments and assist with developing individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing services within the scope of your license and applicable care plans.
• Monitor clients' health conditions and report changes as appropriate.
• Provide health education and support to clients and their families.
• Communicate and collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Provide nursing oversight and other clinical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota.
• Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to provide flexible support based on client and agency needs.
