Job Responsibilities - RN, Direct Care:
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans
Job Responsibilities - RN, Assessments and Care Planning:
- Perform intake assessment of residents
- Perform 90 day assessment of residents
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans
Job Responsibilities - RN, Educator / Trainer:
- Educate staff on direct care services
- Conduct training sessions on direct care services
- Follow up, review, coach, and train staff
- Collaborate with Human Resources regarding performance of staff
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in Assisted Living preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
As an ideal candidate for this position, you will have at least 2 years of experience in assisted living settings. Your experience will include a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by residents in assisted living facilities. You will have a proven track record of providing exceptional care and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Your familiarity with assisted living regulations and best practices will ensure that you can hit the ground running and make a positive impact from day one.
