Pay & Benefits
-- $90,000 – $170,000+ annual earning potential
-- Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
-- Hourly pay + production bonuses (no flat rate!)

Who We’re Looking For
You’re a high-performing Mercedes-Benz or Sprinter technician with at least 2+ years of dealership or professional Mercedes experience.
You’re confident with diagnostics, comfortable using a voltmeter, amp clamp, and reading wiring diagrams. You take pride in clean, precise work — every bolt, every harness, every detail right where it belongs.
Most importantly, you’re a team player who yes
