Kelly Inn in Billings, MT is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Room Attendants. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness
- Change bed linens, empty trash bins, and replenish amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by addressing any requests or concerns promptly
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
