Midway Auto Dealerships is a third-generation, family-owned company that’s been serving Nebraska for over 100 years and the Kearney area since 1987. We’re growing and looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can lead from the desk, develop people, and drive consistent performance.
This is not a rebuild. You’ll be stepping into an established store with structure, inventory, and support in place.

What You’ll Do
- Desk and structure deals (pencil, appraisals, T/O, closing)
- Lead daily 1-on-1 coaching and hold the team accountable
- Manage new & pre-owned pricing and inventory strategy
- Oversee CRM activity, internet leads, and follow-up processes
- Ensure deals are accurate and turned in promptly
- Monitor performance metrics: gross, volume, CSI
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing sales staff
- Coordinate dealer trades and support reconditioning decisions
- Maintain lot organization and inventory readiness
