Responsibilities:

• Sales Excellence: Leverage your stellar sales history to provide exceptional service to our customers and drive revenue growth.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear communication and exceeding expectations.

• Technical Knowledge: Collaborate with our certified technicians to accurately assess and communicate repair needs to customers.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as an Auto Repair Service Advisor or a strong sales history.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs helpful but not required.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
