We are a growing insurance organization operating multiple agencies under a larger parent platform, serving commercial clients across a wide range of industries. Our team is expanding and we are seeking a Account Manager to join our Select Commercial team and take ownership of a high-volume book of business.

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000
Bonus: Additional performance-based bonus potential

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a high-volume Select Commercial book of business.
This role supports multiple producers and requires someone who can prioritize tasks, manage frequent interruptions, and maintain strong accountability in a busy service environment.
The book consists of approximately 400 accounts across a variety of industries including contractors and condominium associations, along with a mix of other commercial risks.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day account servicing while working closely with producers and support staff to ensure strong client relationships and timely policy servicing.
What You’ll Do
Manage a $2M commercial lines book of business across approximately 400 accounts
Manage full-cycle account servicing including renewals, remarketing, endorsements, certificates, billing support, and policy changes
Provide proactive client communication via phone and email
Work closely with multiple producers to support ongoing client needs
Collaborate with internal assistants who support certificates and certain policy changes
Maintain accurate documentation and policy management within the agency management system
Prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment
Support internal team collaboration and contribute to a strong service culture
What You Bring
5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and policy servicing
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, interruption-driven environment
Strong accountability and willingness to continuously learn
Experience with AMS360 or other agency management systems is a plus
