If so, Asphalt Contractors Inc. is looking for you to join our team as a Sales Representative for our Asphalt Maintenance & Seal Coating Division!

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our asphalt maintenance and seal coating services to commercial and residential clients throughout Southeast Wisconsin. You will work closely with property owners, facility managers, and contractors to assess their pavement maintenance needs and provide customized solutions to help protect and extend the life of their asphalt surfaces.

This is an hourly position ($20-$25 per hour, based on experience) with no commission. It is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, managing sales inquiries, and providing excellent customer service while being part of a well-established company.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively follow up on potential leads.
• Educate clients on the benefits of asphalt maintenance and seal coating.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, and contractors.
• Conduct site assessments and provide customized maintenance solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements to potential clients.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and project details.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the construction industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales inquiries.
• Basic knowledge of asphalt maintenance or construction (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
